From as little as R130 per month the Legal Plan provides you with easy access to a comprehensive range of personal legal services that are available 24 hours a day.

The following benefits are offered as part of this plan:

  • Includes cover for you and your spouse and children under 18.
  • Cover against civil, criminal and labour related matters.
  • Includes a retrenchment benefit.
  • No excess payable when you claim.
  • Access to personalised legal documents and contracts.
  • 24 hour legal emergency line operated by qualified lawyers/legal advisors.
  • Protection against the effects of inflation on legal costs. 
  • The Enhanced Legal Plans also includes Accidental Death Benefits for the main member as well as optional Accidental Death Benefits for the spouse.
  • EGB (Earnings Guarantee Benefit) of a lump sum equal to 12 months’ IFA Earnings as per the month prior to the claim event as well as a monthly payment for 2 years thereafter.
  • Cover for IFA business related matters.
