Chairman's Forum

The Top 5 performing Legends are appointed to the Chairman's Forum, IFA’s cream of the crop. In addition to being the top performers they must also have achieved a Club 10 000 status and must have at least 10 Earning Key Appointments on their first level. They serve on the IFA Divisional Board adding significant value to the strategic positioning and operational activities within IFA. The objective of the Chairman's Forum is to give strategic input to help grow the IFA Business for the benefit of all IFAs.

Legends

IFA Legends are appointed to this forum once they have served 3 consecutive years as Achievers, have attained a Club 5 000 and have a minimum of 10 Earning Key Appointments on their first level. Legends are regarded as IFA Business leaders and are held in high regard by the rest of the network. They spend much of their activity on creating new earners, helping others achieve various Clubs and motivating existing IFAs. The objective of the Legends Forum is to help lead other IFAs by setting examples of how to be successful IFAs.

IFAs within the Top Cumulative Earning rankings (after the IFA Legends have been selected) are appointed to the Achievers Forum. These individuals must also have attained a minimum of Club 5 000 and have at least 5 Earning Key Appointments. Much like the Legends, the objective of the Achievers Forum is to help build the IFA brand and lead successful IFAs by setting an example for others.

To become a member of this forum IFAs must have attained a Club 2 500 and have at least 5 Earning Key Appointments. The objective of the forum is to groom these top performing IFAs to fulfil greater responsibilities in IFA in the future
