IFA Incentive Conference Rules
- The qualifying period will be calculated as from and including Earnings Payment Date 20/03/2010 up to and including Earnings Payment Date 20/02/2011. Therefore, first submission of application forms can take place as from 23/01/2010 and final submission of application forms will be 22/01/2011, with a final DOC of 01/02/2011 and a debit day of the 1st.
- Any application that you send in now will count towards this competition.
- No backdated premium payments will be allowed for the allocation of points towards the “2010-2011 IFA INCENTIVE CONFERENCE”.
- The cut-off for the payment of unmet policies (Policies that were not paid) will always be the 10th of every month unless otherwise communicated.
- Tax obligations as a result of the conference, will be the responsibility of the qualifier attending the conference and not the responsibility of Clientèle Life.
- Incentive Conferences of this nature are considered to be business conferences; therefore, regrettably no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend the IFA Incentive Conference.
- Clientèle Life reserves the right to change at anytime, the selected venue or destination, as well as the dates of travel originally advertised.
- All Incentive Conferences of this nature have, and will, be made available to contracting members of our IFA Network on a gratuitous supplementary basis. Clientèle Life’s decision in all matters pertaining to any aspect of the competition and the conference will be regarded as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- At the time of the conference, the Qualifying IFA must still be contracted to Clientèle Life or any of its subsidiaries as an active IFA. Any IFA that has had his or her IFA contract suspended or cancelled will not be eligible to attend the IFA Incentive Conference.
- Any IFA that is found to be involved in or actively marketing any other network marketing company will not be allowed to qualify for the IFA Incentive Conference or any other competitions, Clubs or loyalty bonus payments from Clientèle Life.
- An IFA may only qualify for the IFA Incentive Conference once. Therefore, should the IFA qualify as a member of “THE LEGENDS or ACHIEVERS FORUM” and also qualify as one of the Top 25, only one position (plus partner) will be granted. The IFA qualifies in his/her own right and should a husband and wife qualify in their own right as IFAs then they are allowed to bring someone else along provided that person is an existing active IFA with a Club status of no less than Club 100.
- Clientèle Life shall on a monthly basis publish the current positioning, based on the cumulative points to date, of the Top 200 Point Earners (excluding the Legends and Achievers) and the Top 25 Fast Starters in the running for qualification of the “2010-2011 IFA INCENTIVE CONFERENCE”.
- The “2010-2011 IFA INCENTIVE CONFERENCE” is subject to legislation and may be amended in accordance with any laws or regulations that may be introduced from time to time.
- An IFA can transfer the right to attend the IFA Incentive Conference to another IFA provided that the receiving IFA has achieved a minimum of Club 250 and is within the same downline as the IFA giving the IFA Incentive Conference away. The receiving IFA will be subject to all the rules and conditions of the “2010-2011 IFA INCENTIVE CONFERENCE”.
- The IFA INCENTIVE CONFERENCE may not be sold.
- Should a Qualifying IFA be unable to attend the IFA Incentive Conference for any reason whatsoever, no monetary payment 'in lieu of’' will be considered.
- All costs related to breakaways from the standard conference will be for the account of the Qualifier i.e. additional airfares; extended or multiple visa's. All breakaway arrangements must be made by the Qualifier through the officially nominated Travel Agent.
- Once the air tickets have been issued, any changes that incur additional charges will be for the account of the Qualifier.
- Should the Qualifier cancel after having accepted to attend the conference, cancellation costs as per the cancellation schedule will be incurred and will be for the account of the Qualifier.
- The IFA Incentive Conference will include the following as is applicable:
- Air fares confirmed by Clientèle Life.
- Return transfers to hotels as confirmed by Clientèle Life.
- All land arrangements including accommodation as confirmed by Clientèle Life.
- Selected meals and tours as specified in the Itinerary.
- Basic travel insurance. This however does not include insurance of personal items.
- The IFA Incentive Conference will not include the following:
- Excess on Medical Insurance (which is compulsory), or medical expenses incurred while on the IFA Incentive Conference.
- Meals or drinks not specified in the Itinerary.
- Room service, laundry or extras of any nature.
- Transport not specified in the Itinerary.
- Should the destination require a VISA it will be the IFAs responsibility to apply and pay for the VISA.
- Premiums may not be paid on behalf of your appointments, therefore cash premiums made on
policies will not qualify for points and will therefore not count towards points for the competition.
