IFA Club Rules:

CLUB 30– R600 PER MONTH

R600 is payable to an IFA who has achieved the following Club structure in first year premium paying mode: The IFA must refer 10 Key Appointments and 30 paying policies on level 1 to 3 in 1st year premium paying mode, with a date of commencement from 1 February 2011. This club is only payable whilst the premiums are in the 1st year premium paying mode and all of these policies have paid premiums in the same IFA Earnings period.

CLUB 60– R800 PER MONTH

R800 is payable to an IFA who has achieved the following Club structure in first year premium paying mode: The IFA must refer 10 Key Appointments and 60 paying policies on level 1 to 4 in 1st year premium paying mode, with a date of commencement from 1 February 2011. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 1 IFA Earning Appointment in levels 1 ,2 and 3.This club is only payable whilst the premiums are in the 1st year premium paying mode and all of these policies have paid premiums in the same IFA Earnings period.

CLUB 100 – R1 100 PER MONTH

R1 100 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 100 paying policies in 1st year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 2 IFA Earning Appointment in levels 1 ,2 and 3.The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid their 1st premium and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period.

CLUB 175 – R1 300 PER MONTH

R1 300 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 175 paying policies in 1st year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 2 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3.The club is earned as soon as all these policies have a paid premium in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period.

CLUB 250 – R1 600 PER MONTH

R1 600 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 250 paying policies within the first 2 years premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 3 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3.The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 250 premium paying policies must be within the first 1st year premium paying mode.

CLUB 500 – R2 200 PER MONTH

R2 200 is payable to an IFA with 15 paid Key Appointments and 500 paying policies within the first 3 years premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 4 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3.The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period.

CLUB 750 – R3 300 PER MONTH

R3 300 is payable to an IFA with 15 paid Key Appointments and 750 paying policies within the first 4 years premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 5 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3.The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 1 000 – R4 500 PER MONTH

R4 500 club is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 1 000 paying policies within the first 5 years premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 5 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 1 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 1 750 – R6 000 PER MONTH

R6 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 1 750 paying policies within the first 5 years premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 5 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 1 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 2 500 – R8 000 PER MONTH

R8 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 2 500 paying policies within the first 5 years premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 6 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 2 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 3 750 – R10 000 PER MONTH

R10 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 3 750 paying policies within the first 5 years premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 7 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. From 20 March 2013 the 3 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 5 000 – R13 500 PER MONTH

R13 500 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 5 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 8 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 5000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 7 500 – R21 000 PER MONTH

R21 000 is payable to an IFA with 25 paid Key Appointments and 7 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 9 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 7 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 10 000 – R32 000 PER MONTH

R32 000 is payable to an IFA with 30 paid Key Appointments and 10 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 10 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 10 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 12 500 – R48 000 PER MONTH

R48 000 is payable to an IFA with 35 paid Key Appointments and 12 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 11 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 12 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 15 000 – R65 000 PER MONTH

R65 000 is payable to an IFA with 40 paid Key Appointments and 15 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 12 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 15 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 17 500 – R75 000 PER MONTH

R75 000 is payable to an IFA with 45 paid Key Appointments and 17 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 13 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 17 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

CLUB 20 000 – R85 000 PER MONTH

R85 000 bonus is payable to an IFA with 50 paid Key Appointments and 20 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum total of 14 IFA Earning Appointments in levels 1, 2 and 3. The club is earned as soon as all these policies have paid premiums in the same period and for every month that these policies remain paid in the same IFA Earnings period. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. From 20 March 2013 the 20 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode.

IFA Platinum Club Rules:

PLATINUM CLUB 100 – R1 350 PER MONTH

R1 350 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 100 paying policies in 1st year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum of 7 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 15 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met.

PLATINUM CLUB 175 – R1 500 PER MONTH

R1 500 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 175 paying policies in 1st year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum of 8 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 20 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met.

PLATINUM CLUB 250 – R1 800 PER MONTH

R1 800 is payable to an IFA with 10 paid Key Appointments and 250 paying policies in 2nd year premium paying mode until 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum of 10 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 25 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 the 250 premium paying policies must be within the first 1st year premium paying mode.

PLATINUM CLUB 500 – R2 750 PER MONTH

R2 750 is payable to an IFA with 15 paid Key Appointments and 500 paying policies in 3rd year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum of 12 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 35 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met.

PLATINUM CLUB 750 – R3 750 PER MONTH

R3 750 is payable to an IFA with 15 paid Key Appointments and 750 paying policies in 4th year premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum of 15 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 45 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 1 000 – R6 750 PER MONTH

R6 750 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 1 000 paying policies in 5th year premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum of 17 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 55 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 1 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 1 750 – R7 500 PER MONTH

R7 500 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 1 750 paying policies in 5th year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum of 20 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 60 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 1 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 2 500 – R11 000 PER MONTH

R11 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 2 500 paying policies in 5th year premium paying mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. The IFA must also have a minimum of 20 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 65 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 2 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 3 750 – R13 000 PER MONTH

R13 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 3 750 paying policies in 5th year premium paying mode. The IFA must also have a minimum of 20 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 70 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 3 750 premium paying policies must be within the first 3 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 5 000 – R18 000 PER MONTH

R18 000 is payable to an IFA with 20 paid Key Appointments and 5 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 20 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 75 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 5 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 7 500 – R27 000 PER MONTH

R27 000 is payable to an IFA with 25 paid Key Appointments and 7 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 25 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 85 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 7 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 10 000 – R38 000 PER MONTH

R38 000 is payable to an IFA with 30 paid Key Appointments and 10 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 27 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 95 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 10 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 12 500 – R55 000 PER MONTH

R55 000 is payable to an IFA with 35 paid Key Appointments and 12 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 30 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 105 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 12 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 15 000 – R75 000 PER MONTH

R75 000 is payable to an IFA with 40 paid Key Appointments and 15 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 35 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 115 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 15 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 17 500 – R95 000 PER MONTH

R95 000 is payable to an IFA with 45 paid Key Appointments and 17 500 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 40 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 125 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 17 500 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.

PLATINUM CLUB 20 000 – R120 000 PER MONTH

R120 000 is payable to an IFA with 50 paid Key Appointments and 20 000 paying policies. The IFA must also have a minimum of 50 IFA Earning Key Appointments and a total of at least 150 IFA Earning Appointments (Level 1, 2 and 3). The club is earned as soon as all the requirements have been met and will be earned on a monthly basis as long as the requirements remain met. All premium paying policies will be considered with no limitation being placed on the premium paying year mode from IFA Earnings payment date 20 November 2009 up to and including 20 February 2013. IFAs who qualify for “IFA EARN FOR LIFE” on 20 February 2013 will continue to earn this bonus provided that all other minimum criteria are met. From 20 March 2013 a minimum 20 000 premium paying policies must be within the first 5 years premium paying mode for new IFAs who qualify for this Club.
