Every person you meet is someone you can invite to an IFA Presentation - but some may not have the same goals as you. Think carefully about the people you want in your team – enthusiastic, positive, and willing to work hard. Consider whether they would be able to pay the IFA business fee and premium every month. Write down a "Prospect List” - names of who you could invite to join IFA. This is how you start!
Successful IFAs meet with their prospects and attend IFA Presentations with them. IFAs should attend Presentations with prospects every week, and encourage new team members to do the same. Presentations are "training” opportunities – attend more, learn more.
A good Introducer follows up with their team (downline). This means keeping contact with your new IFAs every week, making sure they’re doing what you’re doing and inviting new prospects every day. Be sure that they understand how IFA works and keep them motivated. This is how you build new earners in your downline.
